You think back to simpler times when your planet seemed as though it would last an eternity. As you sprint, condensation hot inside your mask, you catch sight of another evacuee. For an instant, desperation tears at you as you glance toward your only way of escape. Your attention quickly returns to the figure you know you need to help.
