I think there are color palattes tools you can use online, there are also resources to help on your designing skills

i should probably watch a vid on design and take some notes. it's like a hit or miss any time i start a new project. either i know what i want to colors to be from the start or i spend hours trying to decide on them

You can try drawing the project's layout on pen and paper first so you will have a reference when making a project website. I've done that when I design and redesign my website so I won't get lost on what feels right.

gonna try to add some of the ☆.｡.:* whimsy .｡.:*☆ back to my site that was kinda lost after the v2 update. also, i've learned more about the position property so i'll be tinkering with that more >:3
