hello! :) got the same problem with the honeycomb i was creating. you just have to modify the css to point to the 'a' elements instead of 'img'. hope that solves the issue for you!
Thank you for the comment, daximus! That's exactly right. I had tested the code with the siplest possible use case, but of course people (myself included) are going to want to link their buttons out. I am in the process of modifying the css to support this behavior. :)
