I've been wanting to write a post about some of my experiences with Intuitive Eating. I will be honest that I don't really call what I do IE anymore, but the framework of IE has been so helpful in helping heal my relationship with food.

This was a post I have been wanting to put together for a while. I got sick with some sort of bug and have had some lingering stomach issues I have been healing from, and adjusting with my new diet has been a lot less stressful this time than it has in past situation I have been through!
