TIP: Add a < meta charset = "utf-8" > (without the spaces) in your sites' s to not make certain characters turn into scrambled bullshit. (Hope it works in Neocities)

Most people don’t even know that they can make their own homemade link shortener by registering a short domain and adding pages that redirect to pages with large links. Is it okay to make an alt to do this?

I have an alt. Nothing happened to it to this day. Neocities TOS doesn't say anything about alts.
