I was thinking of making a recipes page for the handful of dishes I know how to make. I feel like actual recipe websites always suck so it might be useful for anyone wanting to make new stuff in an easy/concise way. But also not sure if people would be interested in that so let me know what you think :)

Looks really good !! I'm gonna try the chili, I've never had it. Also, the tuna pasta sounds really good. I think you should try adding some minced pancetta (bacon?), also one carrot and celery to the mix. you stir fry the pancetta over olive oil, then add the vegetables and then continue with the beef as usual. It adds a lot of flavour!
for the bolognese !! i forgot to mention it lol
oh that sounds really good, I'm definitely gonna try that next time :)
