Sometimes I hate living in the countryside bc it feels like there's nothing happening and I'm really more of a city person. But just now I got a full clear view of every constellation I've ever heard of and that was pretty nice

Does anyone know how I might add a glitchy effect to an animated gif or mp4? I want to get the classic glitchy animation where it moves like satellite interference and separates into RGB colours. It's for a piece I'm working on but I'm not sure how to do it, any advice pls :))
Been wanting to make big layout and style changes to my site for a while now but I can't decide between keeping things a bit messy, how I would naturally do things, or making it a bit more clean cut neat and tidy bc that's always what I admire in other ppls sites

Credit to badgraph1csghost's post about transphobia and Neocities for prompting me to write this. Unfortunately, both in life and online, I tend to bury my head in the sand when ugly things happen and end up complicit by inaction. I don't want to see Neocities descend into an environment that's unsafe for trans people.
