As for Hikari3 (if im remembering the site name right), I didn't see any CP of real kids there at least (one probably lolicon tho). It could be a website raid happening there if the rules imply it's banned, idk I'm routing through TOR and I can't say for sure if there's multiple boards with the same name (not sure if I want to get the link, I'll stick to DDGOnion for now).
