I'm in the middle of doing the same process of moving my blog posts to my site. Thankfully there weren't many posts. I really found WordPress so clunky especially with the Gutenberg editor and I found the source code for the site was so bloated, I have no regrets on moving my content. I love the control I get on my own site and the source code is simple and clean.
