new bug-fix for the character wiki! replaced the script that handles the table of contents (headers can now be links), and put in a fix that clears out a gap that appears on certain devices (thanks xenafar and coy!)

yo! big site update - i finally changed things around so i can use this same link for more templates! the old link still works, and now redirects here, so nothing on anyone else's end should break. i have some more to add that i've been sitting on, but calling it here for tonight <3
