My physical health has also taken a hit due to mental burnout. If you can get through school, you can overcome just about anything. Hang in there!

I felt the same when I moved. It' difficult, even more when you miss things. What helped me was trying to finds things I enjoy, even if its hard, and let myself enjoy them. I hope you feel better in the future.
