I have blocked https://neocities.org/site/cutiesucubuxx and sent an email about the situation regarding them stealing my code and sharing content that could negatively effect the health of other users (extreme flashing images and loud sounds). its weird that someone would do that... :/ i mean, i've peeked into people's source code occasionally to see how something works. but, like, wholesale copypasting an entire page of someone else's site? without even changing anything about it?
