Changed the usage terms for my presets: free use for personal and non-profit stations, commercial stations have to contact first. Republishing is allowed if credited.

guess who found another excuse to update their signature presets!! apparently my FM radio testbed setup needed calibration, also I wasn't very happy with MSX:Impact, so I updated them lol
