made some updates to the apps i use, after nearly 3 months with no updates lmao

Nice read :) omg that win98 maze screensaver! I used to customise the textures with psychedelic gifs (I think they were included) it looked so whack and slowed down the playback speed to a crawl XD. Also, that gov issued laptop is such a cool time capsule, I love the styling on the apps.

P.s. re the phone tangent; I had a LG V30, don't know if this applies to the v60 but the hi fi dac by design only worked with the built in LG music player (not sure if there's a workaround), and I had to update the firmware with a localised .kdz to get android 9 and unlock LTE, it was pretty rough because LG deprecated their official updater (XDA forums saved me, lol)

From what I can tell, the hi fi DAC seems to work just fine on LineageOS, however the thing i am more scared of would be the bootloader unlocking (since LG's dead you pretty need to flash an engineering bootloader to get it unlocked) and the process of installing LineageOS is different compared to most phones I have owned (also i did end up buying the v60 at the end lmao)

Ah sweet! The LG V phones were pretty good apart from the lack of updates. Good luck with the bootloader
