a shame about the other skirt, but I think the layered tutu idea sounds really fun as well! I'm sure it'll all come together regardless :) & how cute about you & your friend costume color-vibing!! Glinda & Frankenhooker, what a combo lol

Thank you!! That reminds me I have tons of clothes to make and add... an enormous undertaking. I hope I can find the motivation sometime. If you made your own I'd def check it out I love seeing what people wear.
