Yes! The problem is sometimes it's hard to tell what's traumatic and what's not haha. But sounds like you've got a grip on it!!

I am also feeling like an alive person who exists in the world (re: last paragraph). Though I have to say, the thought of going to a dance class and finding it on someones insta afterwards makes me want to never participate in society again LOL
