Added new error handling, any errors that occur during or after page load (not including warnings or 404 errors) are no longer logged in the JS console and instead are logged inside a file called "diagnosticReport" and also trigger a windows xp error prompt/popup.

Yeah, I cant figure out how to resize the canvas while keeping the canvas data relative to the new size.

Added notepad, winamp, improved cmd.exe, added more windows features like hovering in the bottom right to peek at the desktop, having executables on the desktop, cmd scripts running to load extra assets on startup. And more.
It's going to be a while for updates to show on returning users. I have modified several files since this project is so huge. There's no doubt a lot of cached assets.
