i think catbox kicked the bucket. does anyone know where i can store mp3/mp4 files that allow me to hotlink files? i have all my music stored in catbox :/

filegarden is where i host mine but it's also prone to combusting. i know dropbox allowed linking but like ... its dropbox.....
my domain through cloudflare is $8/year. if you don't mind paying _something_ you can get a nice url and all the content comes along for the ride in github. *disclaimer i'm a moron ymmv
I don't believe Tumblr works for MP3s/MP4s. I've used filegarden for a while now and I've never had any issues. You can also just pay for Neocities Premium for a month, upload the music to your site, then cancel the subscription, if I recall correctly.
