Neocities webcam idea: Use FFmpeg to capture a still picture from a webcam, use the Neocities CLI tool to upload it to "image.jpg", and then repeat the process every 5 minutes. Display "image.jpg" on a page and call it a day. Wouldn't require more than a couple minutes of bash scripting to acomplish, and I may do it one day.

You'd probably be able to do something similar using FTP/SFTP if you're doing this on a different server or webhost

Because of power issues, both stream.msx.gay and 88.9 The River will be offline until tomorrow. Power seems to be stable, but I'll get everything online tomorrow as I'm not sure how stable power is.
