Went ahead and removed the EAS Caps page as it was full of formatting fuckery that would've taken longer to fix than to just remake the page from scratch. I'll remake it sometime and keep it limited to signifigant local alerts.

A good extension to throw under the Archival links is SingleFile, it saves a webpage as a single file on your PC
