That 'Raspberry' sound effect is just a typical 'buzzer' noise! I'm amused that the company seemed to hype it up so much.

Lovely pictures both by the previous owner and by you, as always. This six storey green apartment looks inherently like 20's Russia; I wonder what's the area going to look like when it's done.
