hell yeah dude, i love your page and dedication to writing this much so consistently. it was a total fluke that my page looks this nice im fucking ass at graphic design otherwise

I've been taking cold showers since I was in high school. Never went back to warm or hot showers ever since. I never had any issues with acne and I always felt fresh and energized after a shower.
I usually start with a warm shower and make it colder for the second half of it. Wish I could power nap myself but I never used coffee in the past, maybe I'll try this...
