I'm glad that you've created this blog in order to initiate change in your life. Understanding that something isn't right is easy, but deciding to make a change can be so difficult. A lot of the stuff you are doing right now such as letting go of a nicotine addiction will be frustrating at first. But, do cherish the small goals you achieve. Like being able to quit for four days (which is great btw!) (1/2)
