finally done fixing the index up a little bit. i moved where the neighbors, links, and updates are and its now cleaner and easier to look at everything. though it is feeling a little crowded now, lol.

some of my neighbors buttons are gonna disappear on my site for a bit, but dont panic! just rehauling that section cuz it sucksss. dont know how long it'll take me to rehaul

ACCIDENTALLY DELETED SOMEONES REPLY TO THIS. I ALWAYS FORGET NEOCITIES IS LIKE THAT. thank you for your reply i think it may have been the site cowgrls. they said it takes the original hosters bandwidth, i had no idea! thats good to know

The rough idea I have is that they say hotlinking uses the host’s bandwidth and it may slow their site or cost them money.
