finally done fixing the index up a little bit. i moved where the neighbors, links, and updates are and its now cleaner and easier to look at everything. though it is feeling a little crowded now, lol.

some of my neighbors buttons are gonna disappear on my site for a bit, but dont panic! just rehauling that section cuz it sucksss. dont know how long it'll take me to rehaul

neighbor buttons are no longer in a marquee but im not done with that section. ill work on it more after dinner
