Me too. I've been thinking about a steam deck as well, if I ever get another console. Going with a Linux-based device that is in some way funding improvements to Linux gaming and also potentially is a device you can customise yourself if you really want to seems leagues ahead of the more closed source model that Nintendo and other companies are continuing to do, with less benefits to the customer overall.
