If you saw an update from my site - no you didn't :3 i prettied up my templater (source @ https://gitea.com/AuberyLis/FillyFill for the curious) and am setting up a little structure for it! It's actually working, is surprisingly alright, and i'm so happy about how quickly pages load without any in-browser JS/JSON requests. I think static compiling will be the vector of my webdev infra development for the next year 🐎
Yeah, i like this a lot. It's much faster on the user's end and will be much easier to make into a GUI-controlled thing once i iron out the engine logic. The key to a faster user-made website was to reduce javascript all these years, Who Would've Known! I will eventually migrate the outfit log and the kandi museum to filly fill as well.. and then all will be good and happy. She's so fast and smart for a littel filly!
