can anyone who knows how lightbox works take a peek and tell me why neither of these are working

im fighting for my fcuking life
lets me draw in the box, and says it was successfully submitted. it doesnt display the artwork yet though, those say "failed to load".
ok i dont think urs registered at all my fuvking idiot forgot to publish the google form this relies on to work. shuld be fixed now tho
