Ok so tl;dr i have linux mint ready to go on a usb drive BUT EVERY TIME I TRY TO ACTUALLY INSTALL IT i get hit with this “yr disc drive is low on space” and the install program just. Stops responding…
Before i can even get to the partition stuff mind you. Ive kinda figured that it’s probably bc the file system has defaulted to being in like. This fucked up 6gb partition i didnt even know i had called “computer” and idk if i can. Change it. Without the need for the installation program to do its thing. Which it cant. Bc the partition has 0 space available for it to do its thing
So uhmmm yeah ive kinda been at a loss for what to do… scratches head. How do i make it be anywhere but in that partition without having to go through the installation process bc when i tell u that “computer” partition has 0 space available I literally mean 0kb available. Maybe 200kb if i catch it on a good day
Hey! Sorry! I've just noticed this! Are you sure you're booting off of the linux installation drive and not your main computer's drive? When you boot off of the linux drive, it loads the entirety of its little OS onto your RAM, so there shouldn't be a disk-space issue when running it, and your current OS (windows, I'm guessing) shouldn't be loaded at all.
