I've been living on my own for 4-5 years and have been working remotely all that time too. I can definitely relate to how you're feeling. I'm pretty introverted so I usually rely on meeting people routinely like at school or a traditional job to slowly build friendships. One of the best things I did was join a music school with group lessons where I could get that routine and I made some friends from that. March on!
