it does kind of annoy me that i've had to put so much effort into organizing shit on my website for it to click right to my brain, but ehhh i'll do it if i have to.. ultimately i think it's because when i haven't touched my site for a while, i realize i want to take certain pages in a different direction than i'd previously thought (and that what id done prior might even be why i felt uninspired in the first place)

hopefully this is relatable and not insane.. i guess being willing to put this level of thoughtfulness into something is why i have a website rather than a social media page, etc. in the first place, lol
although re-organizing does help things click better, i guess most of all i need to let go of whatever expectations i have for my site, and just Do Shit and Remember To Have Fun
My solution to this problem was to just have multiple websites. It makes it easier to move on to new ideas without tearing the old ideas apart. Then you can kind of loosely network them.
same here! usually when I'm feeling unmotivated with my site (or anything really this applies to other projects) it kind of just means it might be time for something to change. I'm considering making v4 of my site soon it feels about time. I'm really really happy with v3 but i wanna make it more accessible + change things up more. means learning a whole bunch of javascript though
