i've recorded the video, but anxiety, perfectionism and the hatred for seeing myself talking to a camera is currently hindering me from posting it :x how do youtubers do this fr
i already talk to myself and pace around the room like a schizophrenic during my free time and waking up. shouldn't be any different from talking to a camera. you got this! >w<
oh I have a few things to say on this :) 1. you actually SHOULD feel anxiety posting it, that is a sign that it is a high quality video that you've put a lot of effort into. 2. It helps to assume that your audience are on your side, because ultimately, the people that are going to misunderstand you were always going to misunderstand you, and you can't change that, assume that people want to hear what you have to say
I agree with Ginacities, especially number 1! anxiety is not always a sign of something bad. sometimes it's your body hyping up too hard and then crashing for something good!
one of the most appealing things about the indie web is that things don't need to be perfect. do the best you can and don't let perfect be the enemy of good. I'm sure it'll be great and help people.
I also want to add to ginacities and maxcrunch: the stress from anxiety (as long as it's not chronic) and pushing through that stress is good for the mind and body. It helps build you.
Go for it! I think a lot of people would enjoy it regardless if it is perfect or not, what matters is that you put your soul and passion in it, I for one always enjoy more indie web videos. But if you don't want to upload it, that's okay too, don't feel pressured or anything, please take care of yourself
Just do it!! I clearly understand the fear but the rule is you'll always be your worst critic on this :3

3. your first video probably will be your worst video, and that's ok! There's growth in content creation, and you can only get better :)
