A very niche Hong Kong film; "Suk Suk"/"Twilight's Kiss" (2019). It features two closeted gay men who fall in love with each other in their 60s-70s and it's quite bittersweet.
@wriorango that sounds right up my alley and very interesting!!! I think I'll watch this first
fucking åmål is one of The swedish classic queer movies. english title is 'show me love' (from 1998).
do keep in mind that since it's from the 90s, somo parts of it has aged a little eh but you're not supposed to view the moment favorably anyway (i'd expect the r-slur to probably be in the subs there, but i've never seen it with subs so it depends on how they translated it)
Screaming Queens! It's a documentary available on YouTube on a specific riot prior to Stonewall.
THE FEAR STREET TRILOGY!!! theres lesbians and murder!! don't watch prom queen though it was garbage and it wasnt connected to the trilogy :p
I saw the TV glow is amazing, but get some tissues and a loved one before watching, it can destroy you (in a good sense)
