Bandwidth is the total amount of stuff that gets transferred from Neocities to a visitor when they see your page. So if the average visitor downloads 10 megabytes from your site to see things like pics or text and you get 1000 visitors, thats 10 gigabytes of bandwidth neocities dished out to various users in total. They want to limit how much you transfer over to visitors in total since that ends up costing money.
Oh that actually makes sense lmao. I got scared bc 7.3gb seems like a lot but also ive been getting a lot more traction than usual this month so ig that checks out o7
