Okay, Neofolks, look...you...cannot take something someone's made and then declare it public domain. Nobody's layouts or graphics are public domain unless THEY state they are. You can't take them and offer them to anyone just because you decide they are. You're doing a disservice to the creator of the original material AND putting people who unknowingly use it in an unfair position.
