should flesh out the "mini website" thing some more, have it be less of a "you MUST have a 90's aesthetic and serve it on floppy!" and more "it's the 90's and you need to make an offline website because your buddy doesn't have dialup"
like I'm thinking HTML4 and CSS2 at the latest, images using JPEG or GIF compression, human readable code, all assets included, fits on a 1.44MB floppy. something more set in stone and akin to a spec than "well here's what I *think* you should do"
