Neocities webcam idea: Use FFmpeg to capture a still picture from a webcam, use the Neocities CLI tool to upload it to "image.jpg", and then repeat the process every 5 minutes. Display "image.jpg" on a page and call it a day. Wouldn't require more than a couple minutes of bash scripting to acomplish, and I may do it one day.
You'd probably be able to do something similar using FTP/SFTP if you're doing this on a different server or webhost
The end result would be something like http://www.catcam.com or the San Francisco FogCam
