After four years, naan bread finally features in the wild bread collection. A theory had already existed that fresh naan was too delicious a bread to be discarded. Fresh naan and shelf-stable naan are completely different foodstuffs however, and this wild naan exhibits the same story any other pre-packaged bread product serving greater portioning than one consumer has desired.

perhaps owing in part to unmitigated climate change, hot cross buns season has started late this year. we are only just sighting our first crumbs among the pavement.
