Can anyone tell me...is there a way of dealing with the problem of visitors browser cache and not showing changes?

In my css reference in the HTML, I used to have to add "v=1.1" to the code, so it would appear as "".
welp, looks like the comment filter blocked the code, lol.
I think I get what you mean...changing the name of the css file would force the page to be loaded properly.
