i feel like it's some dumb thing like i forgot to close one tag somewhere, because of course it's always something like that lmao
I think I got it!! it's in your CSS, you've got a margin: 2% on the entire body, so it's offsetting the cursor effect by 2% of the screen
and the dropdowns aren't working I think because you've got .content-wrapper with a height: 0... deleting that line made it work for me!
