Also! Out of curiosity, if anyone uses a ton of sprite emojis on their websites (mood, food, animals, nature, flags, etc), how do you go about choosing them? I saved some last month, but I feel like I'm going to need a lot more, so I've been thinking about making a checklist. I've also been making some of my own emoji to carve bits of my site's identity!

Alright, so here's what's going on. I am going to have individual gallery pages for each art piece I upload, but it's taking me a long time to write descriptions for them. I also had to learn how to link files from OUTSIDE the subfolder. So after reflecting on the timeframe for that process on top of remembering how I lost half of this month due to health issues, I'm pushing the launch date to no later than 2/28.

Sorry for the delay, but I really want to make sure that the site doesn't look half-assed upon launch time. While I continue to work on HTML files for the gallery pages, I'm gonna also take the time to make new CSS assets to make my site feel more self-made. I'm gonna also be resuming photography in Feb like I said before, so I'll also have time to work on the Fizz Musem.

If anyone sees a shit ton of updates on my page stats, it's because I'm now uploading my art files! :D I'm gonna avoid the clutter though by deleting update posts from my feed before I officially launch my site.

Alrighty, so after some thought, I've decided that I'm definitely gonna launch the site when the blog and art gallery are ready, which should hopefully be ready by January 31st. I just really badly want to start making art posts. This will also help me prioritize which pages are most important to me right now. By the end of late-Feb, I want to upload the Fizz Museum, which will be the biggest one.

Other pages that I'm gonna push to hopefully have done before the end of January: the About pages, Commissions, Shops, Contact, and Resources. I'm probably not gonna like how they'll turn out initally, but I'll have room to improve them in February while I resume photography and organizing for the Fizz Museum.

I'm also REALLY excited to announce that I will also be making videos! The videos will be directly uploaded to my site (converted to be sized down), and will also be on YouTube. The content will typically be either fictional content like an animatic or just me sharing my thoughts for a blog post topic while I go over my art process.

I've had very limited time to code for half of this month because of what's been happening to my health. I finally got the front page layout mapped how I want, but with how much my time I've lost, I've fallen behind on my original late-Jan deadline. I'm debating if I should just still launch the site later this month with just a focus on the art gallery and blog for now and add other stuff later or wait til Feb.

I have a Pen Ita bag tho(that I'll probably add to my shrine eventually) as well as a body pillow, the yootooz eggboi plush, and a double sided pillow

I also fixed the year to late-Jan 2026 just now. (Sorry it's not the New Year yet.)
thumbnail preview isn't refreshing, but now I'm pushing the release date to March. I had something else not related to my health come up IRL in February that got dragged out and caused me a lot of stress. I wish I could say the same about March, but I don't think I'm getting much of a break either. While I have a con coming up to be excited for, I also gotta work on filing my taxes.
