Decided to change up the navigation links and make them into buttons. If I have time later, I will be adding more links to the "outbound links" page.

I'm still looking into some HTML layout templates that I could follow to help me get close to my layout goal, and seeing that my city is currently under a winter storm warning, it looks like I'll be here at the house for the next 48-72 hours. So, what better way to use that time to get some coding done; that is, if the power doesn't go out.

Okay...I think I was able to find a code for the layout that closely resembles what I had in mind. I'm still going to continue to work on it; I'm even going to change up the background for the index page and home page.
