Okay...I think I was able to find a code for the layout that closely resembles what I had in mind. I'm still going to continue to work on it; I'm even going to change up the background for the index page and home page.

Currently fiddling around with some more HTML and CSS code on my testing page. I'm always looking for different ways on how I can make my site more aesthetically pleasing.

It's been years since I've coded in HTML...I've only been back at it for a couple of months and I'm just now remembering how tedious this $#it can be.
