Seconding Robot Jones. Also: Evil con Carne, Home Movies, Wayside, and Lucy, the Daughter of the Devil.
(Evil con Carne goes with The Grim Adventures of Billy and Mandy, so if you haven't watched that you could watch 'em in tandem. Those two shows are like 80% of the reason my sense of humour is like this nowadays I think.)
