it's not incomperhensable. Its been happening for years. I was a sophmore in highschool when a kid shot up the school in Sprinfield, Or. We had drills, metal detectors, armed police, this was 1998. And still no one does anything.

it's worse becuase now its people my age, who dealt with all this shit, and now we're not doing anything.
they failed us, and now we fail the kids.
