i never say too much about followers n views n such because i dont want to give these numbers too much importance, or even worse base the worth of my website around them, but i really do appreciate that there's people who care about what i write and make... if theres one thing neocities has that media social doesnt is people who care about other people, and that's something i'll always b thankful for!!

sometimes it makes me a bit sad bc an online community of people who genuinely care about what others post and engage with it in a meaningful way is something precious and really hard to find on the internet right now and i know that there will be people who try and take advantage of that (i think there already are lol) but well i try not to be 2 negative...
idk what my point is LOL uhh yeah just thank you so much if you ever read my blog posts or music reviews or whatever other 1 billion word thing i posted im very thankful!! and ofc i'll always try to do the same for my neighbors and other cool sites i find

i'm thankful too! and i think also we can all feel the "someone is gonna turn this into an algorithmic ad-ridden hellscape one day too" looming in the future and hope it doesn't happen like it did every other past online refuge
