it is so wonderfully refreshing to update my neocities site, rather than post on social media. on tumblr and insta i would catch myself watching the 'likes' counter for an obscene amount of time. now i just put my silly little drawings on my gallery page and that's it! if someone comments about them, that's awesome and i love you! if not, that's cool too, and i still love you!

thats why i prefer it here. on tumblr people just go down the line and like stuff without looking at it mostly but on here, every like is someone who has actually looked at my site and decided "yeah thats legit". its more genuine here i think. (incidentally your art is adorable :3)
