KINDA SPECIFIC QUESTION: anyone know a good html editor/previewer that has a horizontal (not column/vertical) layout where the preview is on top?...or like how neocities formats it where u have a separate page for the code and then u can open the preview (oddly specific, ik but since i use “position: absolute” a lot it caters 2 my specific needs more.) (1/2)

I just want to edit my site somewhere thats basically neocities but not neocities. all the editors ive looked at so far either have a two-column layout which makes my website look like nonsense or put the website preview on the bottom which is equally inconvenient. this is just extra but im also looking for an editor where all u dont have to separate the code by html, css, js, etc. thank yu for reading this long text
