I didn't find a guestbook and email scares me so I'll just leave it here. I appreciate a lot how you were raw about how depression makes one feel, and acknowledging the little things that keep us alive for a moment. And also, the vulnerability in sharing your own things, I quite liked this as someone who has gone through the same experience
