why are my images not showing up on the webring page??? or am i crazy?? there's supposed to be speech bubble-like borders around some of the text and the Members section is supposed to have background images for each comic wth????

so, almost done setting up that webcomic webring. its getting late for me, so im gonna do some final tweaking for it tomorrow with a fresh mind
