@happylampflowers they changed reblogs to be more like quote tweets on twitter for some reason. they actually Just walked back the change but still seemingly want to change notes/reblogs in some sort of way in the future despite no one asking them to do this LOL
I quit tumblr in 2024 for mental health reasons (too many guilt tripping posts and also was paranoid about callout post culture) and like thank god because everytime I hear about it they've shot themselves in the foot again. I mean they were also doing that while I was using it but still
its so obvious tumblr staff doesnt use their own site cuz what is THIS!!!
and i was thinking about returning to tumblr with a diff account
I've been off tumblr for about 2 years now (after being on pretty regularly for like 12 years) and honestly it is so worth it !!
