I appreciate the addition of The End of Policing; it's something I need to look into myself. I can design government blueprints (very, very slowly. I don't want to rush that kind of thing and check stuff with my comrades) but how to deal with crime and punishment evades me. For instance, in a moneyless society, there can be neither fines nor bail, and if you work according to abilities, you cannot force labour.
